Human pirates are released and Neptune says that the remnants of the NFP can live on the main island as manual laborers.
Fishman district is blocked off. The Officers, Decken, and Hody are imprisoned. Wadatsumi is effectively deported and taken to a far away part of the sea by the Kraken.
Jinbe refuses but he says to wait, because he has to remain faithful to his duty. He says to come again another time and try inviting him once more.
The party on the island begins.

Robin sneaks away from the party and goes to see Neptune.
Robin asks about Joy Boy. He was a real person who lived in the void century, and that apology he wrote was aimed at the Mermaid Princess at the time.
According to the legend passed down by the royal line, it seems that someone would someday appear to fulfill the promise in lieu of Joy Boy. There was the promise to protect Noah until that day finally came.
On Sky Island, Robin knew the location of Poseidon. Poseidon was on Fishman Island, because Poseidon IS Shirahoshi, the mermaid princess.

coverstory: Chimney and Gonbe
The target of Jinbe's "duty" is Big Mam (as an opponent). He reports to Neptune that he'll be going with Luffy.
The soldiers tell Luffy that there's a bomb in the Tamatebako (they set it there after it was stolen once in order to catch any future robbers). So Neptune requests that he give it back. Luffy finally agrees, but Big Mam's crew takes the treasure. Nami is angry because all the treasure is handed over.
Neptune was worried about the bomb in the Tamatebako, but now his concern is Luffy's formal challenge towards Big Mam.

While running, Caribou says that he'll give the mountain of treasure that he noticed as well as Shirahoshi's secret to a certain person as a "present." He discovers Big Mam's subordinates taking the treasure and attacks them.
Numa Numa Machine Gun (he shoots with a machine gun that emerges from his stomach)
Pekoms is a fruit user and turns into a turtle. He hits Caribou with a haki attack.

The small fry pirates that are coming one after another past the G5 base are steadily being captured by Smoker and Captain Tashigi.
Smoker asks who freed them, and the pirates don't give Luffy up at first, but finally someone reveals that it was the Strawhats.
Smoker laughs and says "That idiot."

Smoker is a vice admiral.

Smoker asks who felled Hody.
^ No. He asks why rookies are appearing one after the other and is told that it's because Hody was beaten. Hody had enslaved them but apparently some pirate beat him and freed them. So at first they didn't give up his (Luffy's) name in repayment for him freeing them, but soon enough his name surfaced.
Smoker probably realized during the conversation.

Pekoms bounty is 330,000,000.

Listening from the side, Luffy says "Let's go with the one that's shaking like crazy!" but Nami stops [him]
Preparations for setting sail are completed!
Everyone comes to see them off. Luffy calls to Jinbe from the ship. Jinbe nods.
They set off from Fishman Island. Reluctant to see them go, Shirahoshi clings to the ship.
Shirahoshi says she wants to see a real forest.
Luffy promises to take her the next time they meet
In unison, the whole crew raises up their index fingers (and promises)
The ship moves up into the sea
Luffy: "Where we're going up to now, this is where Shanks is. I'd like to see him!"
He recalls Shanks giving him the hat, and the words of Ace, Jinbe, Rayleigh, and Coby.

Luffy: "Let's go, you guys! To the New World!"

668 Pirate Alliance
From the Decks of the World (Final Volume): WB and Ace's graves

Luffy asks which Emperor Law wants to take down. Nami advises Luffy not to agree. The reader can't "hear" what he says, but Luffy and Nami do.
Luffy: "I see... Alright! Let's do it!"

Luffy, Law, and Nami return to the rest of the crew.
Robin is worried about the idea of a pirate alliance, suggesting that they might be betrayed at some point.
Luffy: "Eh? Are you going to betray us?"
Law: "No."
Anyway, Luffy says that idea seems interesting to him, and that even if Law isn't a good guy, everyone should be fine because of their two years of training.
Franky and Chopper return to their bodies.
Nami comes out of Franky's body and goes into Sanji's (because her own isn't there). The crew bursts out laughing.
Thanks to Franky's rampage, Chopper is immobile.

Chopper wants to save the kids, but Law says to leave them alone. It seems the World Govt. is still researching how to turn humans into giants.
That Caesar already figured it out seems to have slipped right under the govt.'s and Vegapunk's noses.
Nami says that she won't leave the island until at least confirming their safety. Luffy agrees, saying he'll do whatever his friends want to do.
Luffy says that Sanji wants to help put the samurai back together, so won't Law help them out? Law is surprised.
Usopp counsels Law. He says that the alliance he has in mind is probably a bit different from what Luffy believes it is, and that "Luffy's selfishness is already at the level of a Yonkou-level, so good luck trying to keep a leash on him"
Without a choice, Law agrees. He leaves the matter of the samurai to the crew, and says that he'll work on researching the matter of the kids and their drugs. He asks the ship's doctor (Chopper...) to come along.
Because he still can't move, Chopper gets on top of Law's hat. Law is astonished.
In the end, it looks like Chopper gets strapped to Law's sword. Law tells Chopper about Caesar. Those unable to use haki shouldn't approach him.
Luffy says that he, Zoro, Sanji, and you (Law) can use haki.
So those members should kidnap Caesar. With his capture, Law's plan can start to unfold. But from there, there's no turning back. And capturing him will be no simple task.
In the lab, Caesar's underlings (the remodeled former prisoners) and Smoker's marines are fighting. But Caesar doesn't try to capture them to use as guinea pigs; instead, he summons his pet... (?)
On the fiery side, the underlings open the gate. A giant slime emerges and annihilates them.
Not sure if it's gas or something else.

ONEPIECE Chapter 675: The name is Shinokuni
Coverstory: Caribou is swallowing the mermaids

The children get on the airship, and begs for candies.
CC tells them he has some in the Biscuit room, so take their time and have some.
Ceaser tells one of his men to lock the room and secure it.
One of the child remembers what Usopp and Nami told them, and wants to get out.

Nami is fine, since she’s in Sanji’s strong body. She wakes up Usopp.

Ceaser made a treaty to have Monet’s heart given to Law, and Law’s heart given to Ceaser in case something went sour.
Right now, Vergo has Law’s heart.

Monet shapeshifted and was stalking Law, that’s why everything he said was revealed to them.
Law should have payed more attention to Monet.
Law tells Ceaser that because “M” was so stupid, he underestimated him.
To this, Ceaser replies by punching Law’s heart.

Smoker’s heart is in Ceaser’s hands too. Monet reports the video is ready.

aohige Note : BTW, T hasn’t answered a question “what the hell is Shinokuni?” (spelled in katakana), but it may be 死の国 = Nation of Death, or Land of Death.
We’ll see what it’s about soon I guess.

The video shows a massive candy, in the center of the icy parts of the land.
Underground brokers from around the world sees the footage.

Meanwhile in the fire land, smiley’s parts are assembling. When it’s all gathered and formed a complete Smiley, the experiment will begin.
Smiley IS the Poison Gas BOMB H2S itself. The problem with previous incarnation of this poison gas was that those afflicted by the poison were weakened, but still could get away from it.
By giving Smiley gigantic food, it turns into a perfect killing machine. The name of this weapon is Shinokuni (Land of Death).
Sanji, Brook, Zoro, and Kin-emon flees from the slimes in the center of ice land.
They find the candy ahead of them, and spots Ceaser’s men and a small dragon near it.
Ceaser tells his men to get on the dragon-sled and hurry up and get out of there, but the sled melted and they can’t get away.
Ceaser tells them to take off their protective suits and hurry up and run
He actually planned to kill them all anyways, but is acting like he cares.

Ceaser tells the slime he wanted to see him so long, and orders him to wait.
But the slime doesn’t listen and eat the candy anyways.
Ceaser: Ah!! Alright, you can eat now, Smiley. Good boy..
But the slime seems to be ignoring him

One Piece Chapter 682: Mastermind

In corridor shutter between A and B closes, trapping Sanji and Vergo there.
The marines panic, but Sanji actually got away and came through.
Sanji thinks to himself he woulda been in trouble if they kept fighting.

Vergo is hopping from wall to wall, moving through building B, and reporting to Doflamingo that Law’s betrayal is confirmed.
Doflamingo: I KNEW it! Fuffuffu!
He says he regrets how it turned out, seeing he treated and raised Law like a brother.

A female swordswoman attacks Doflamingo while he’s casually talking on the phone, and Dofla’s man guns her down.

She’s pissed at him, for some reason. Another crew member, a huge, fatguy that dresses like Hardgay Ramon calms her down.
There’s a loli with a circle around one eye eating sweets, while an old man and a hag plays cards.
Doflamingo tells Vergo he wants Law brutally killed. Make him regret for being born into this world.
He then orders Monet and CEASER to be careful of StrawHat, and that his potential may be even beyond Law’s seeing how he awakened in King’s haki.

He’s going to send Baby 5 and Buffalo as reinforcements.

As bulding B turns into a flaming chaos by that little dragon, Nami, Usopp, and Robin attacks the dragon.
Brook and Kin-emon are arguing which one of the two will take down the dragon, but decides to team up, and finishes off th dragon.
It looks like Kin-emon has some beef with the dragon, although it’s not really revealed what.

They locate Chopper, but for some reason he’s gone monster mode, and the giant children are fighting him.
Meanwhile, one of the girls ask a CC henchman what happened to Momonosuke.

Apparently while back, Momonosuke went into the forbidden “Secret Room”, and turneed into a small dragon…!!

coverstory: the kind old lady gave Caribou directions to the port, and even gave him meatpie for lunch.

Buffalo is baffled that none of their attacks are having any effect on the iron giant.
Franky General tells them to stay away from his cola (lol)

Buffalo spins around, weilding Baby 5 as a scythe. He claims no one has ever successfully blocked this combo attack
Baby 5 "Sickle Girl" stabs right through General Franky's left arm.

Franky commends them for impaling the armor, but claims it's still nothing but a little mantis trying to fight a battleship.
He says he'll show them the might of the pirate ship Thousand Sunny and its power to rule the sea one day.
He puts his arms together and does a mobile version of the Gaon Cannon from his arms!

Massive blast completely blows away Buffalo (spewing blood) and Baby 5.

SUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUPPPPPPPER!

As the duo gets blown into side of a mountain (now with gaping hole from the Gaon cannon), Franky notices Ceaser on the deck.
Buffalo gets back up, claiming they can't afford to lose here... in the name of Joker, they have to retrieve Ceaser.
At this point Franky finally realizes they're after Ceaser.

The Trolley with the Straw Hats blasts through to Franky's location.
Luffy goes all sparkly eyes at the sight of General Franky.
The children and the G5 marines also notice the giant robot, and have the same reaction.
(meanwhile Nami, Robin, Tashigi, and girls have no reaction lol)

Law recognizes Buffalo and Baby 5
The duo asks if Law is really betraying Joker. Joker is still has the seat of Heart (most likely reserved for Law)
(The Japanese structure lets you cut off without the verb, making what Joker is planning to do with the seat secret.
Sentence wise it's natural to assume he's reserving the seat for Law, but he could be "trying to get it", etc
No idea what until what "seat of Heart" is revealed)

Luffy asks Law if they are his freinds, to which Law replies "No. They are my enemies"
(Sanji is blushing at the sight of Baby 5, of course)
