Luffy asks Surume to protect the princess
Daruma uses his move to make a trap (hole in the ground) and Brachiotank gets stuck in it
Franky came to rescue it, but he and his bike falls in the trap too
Usopp, Chopper, Nami gets out of the tank, and it combines and transforms with the bike into Iron Pirates General Franky
Vegapunk's dream was realized by Franky using the Wapometal

Nami's new move Sorcery Klima-tact (Small weatherballs appear from the klima-tact and created a gush of wind)
Usopp also fights with the green star. Bamboo Javelin!
Daruma digs in the ground creating holes all over the plaza, but Chopper can also dig the ground and move around
He can transform into six different forms without even using the Rumble balls.

Hody orders Surume to squeeze Shirahoshi to death. It seems he managed to put Surume under his control by threatening to kill his brother.
Surume is troubled, and cannot make up his mind. He's thinking about Luffy's words "Let me protect that too!"
Luffy heads to Hody. Ikaros and Dossun tries to stop them, but Zoro and Sanji blows the two away
Hody is distracted for a second, and Luffy lands an attack!
Luffy: I'm getting riled up!

Finally... the ark of Noah came flying.
Neptune: That ark must not be moved until the fated day comes!!!
(Noah is not supposed to be moved until the day comes when it's supposed to?)

End

T wonders if Noah is related to the ancient weapons.

second half

Chapter 638: Runawayhoshi
Cover: Alabasta Kingdom. Koza,the Royal Minister of Enviroment

Shirahoshi runs to the sea, but the front gate is too far so she found a different exit
Jinbe cautions Luffy that strength of a fishman underwater is far more powerful than on land
Sanji does the Armée de L'Air Rubber Shot to shoot Luffy past two bubbles, and Luffy grabs onto the Noah's chains.
Hody is on the chain ahead of him

Luffy sees down, and sees the denizens of the island desperately trying to slow down Noah
Hody shoots Yabusame at them mercilessly, and Luffy is pissed

Shirahoshi heads to the passage leading to Ryuuguu Palace entrance, and exits to the sea from there
The Noah chases her, dragging Luffy into the sea. He uses the bubble from the coral and gets in, but Hody comes after him

Decken throws knives at Shirahoshi again, but the three princes protects her
The Princes were told by Neptune that the Ark of Noah should not be harmed.
Shirahoshi flees to above, and the two of the brothers and Hoe the whale goes after Decken.
Luffy was saved by Fukaboshi, but Hody brings out a sword named Kirisame, shaped like the fin of a shark, and swims towards him
Luffy flees to the deck of Noah, but Hody got there first.

Hody stabs Decken with a spear!!
Hody: What will happen to this ship if you die... Decken?

Chapter 639: I'll protect all
coverstory: Alabasta Kingdom, this is the year of Reverie, Chaka and Pell wearing new clothes for it

Decken is stabbed, but he reaches out with his left hand and touches Hody to lock on
The reason Hody stabbed him is because if Decken dies, his powers should go away and the ark will fall on Fishman Island
Decken throws an axe at him, but Hody dodges. The axe returns to him, but Hody uses Decken as a shield so it comes straight for him.

Hody goes after Shirahoshi before the ark falls
Manboshi and Ryuuboshi comes in to stop, but he blows them away easily
He hops on back of Shirahoshi and attemps to kill her, but Luffy stops him just in time with Gomu Gomu Snake Gun. (Snake gun?)
Fukaboshi and Shirahoshi comes together (Luffy on Fukaboshi's back)
Hody tells him he can't protect anything
Luffy replies he'll protect everything, that's what the last two years were for

The scene changes to the plaza.
Zeo convinces Wadatsumi to battle Surume
The feed Wadatsumi ES pills, and he knocks out Surume
He then goes after Jinbe, but Jinbe replies with a roundhouse kick that takes him down
The gust of wind caused by the fight knocks Nami down, and Sanji kicks his head in rage
Sanji & Jinbe vs ES Wadatsumi
Hyouzou starts attacking both friend and foe indiscriminately
He charges towards Robin, and Zoro cuts in
Zoro vs ES Houzou (Hyouzou munches ES pill like a side-dish to his sake, and wakes up charged up lol)

Ch. 647: Noah Has Stopped

NFP leaders are defeated, people celebrate for a bit.
But Noah's still falling from above.
Folks cheer on Luffy.
Luffy's still hammering on Noah with Elephant Gatling.

Oh, King Neptune apologizes to Joyboy about breaking the promise of Noah. Who the hell is he, dammit

Oh! Luffy stops attacking when he hears a mysterious voice.

Shirahoshi also came by to help.
Shirahoshi: "The Noah... has stopped."
Luffy collapses (probably because of fatigue).
Shirahoshi called the Sea Kings. They're having a conversation with her. They say that Luffy is an amazing person.
Thanks to Luffy's efforts to protect the island, Shirahoshi was able to summon the strength to call the Sea Kings.

Noah is partially destroyed, but still mainly intact.
Everyone's celebrating.

648: Onwards to the Sun
Cover Story: The guards of God (Wiper and co., looking even cooler)

According to the Sea Kings' story, Noah was made to be pulled by Sea Kings
The king finally awakens; "The power to destroy the world...!"

Shirahoshi goes to save Luffy so that the bubble surrounding Noah can be absorbed into the island's bubble
The Sea Kings, speaking to each other, say that Luffy heard their voices. It seems like Roger was also able to do that.
Can the Sea Kings fix Noah... before the promised time? Their power is needed to fix it but... the times have changed.
Back at the Ryuuguu Palace.
The mermaids, looking pleased, are found, but at the same time some treasures, including Urashima's Box, are stolen.
At the plaza, the crew explains the kidnapping misunderstanding.
Jimbe confines the human pirates (he doesn't behead them, but he's waiting for a decision from the royal family)
Chopper is sleeping with his head in Robin's lap. His monster transformation fatigues him, and he can't move for 2-3 hours afterwards. Sanji is jealous.
The princes bring Hody and Decken to the plaza. Both are unconscious.
Shirahoshi comes back, welcomed by everyone, but says that Luffy's blood won't stop flowing.
Luffy's blood type is F. A transfusion is requested by the citizens but no one can answer the call. Shirahoshi says: "What about me? It's a different type, but it's red!"
Chopper says "No, but thank you for offering all the same!"
Jimbe volunteers for the transfusion.
"What do laws mean to me? I'm a pirate."
The king says, "The old laws are really just burdens"
Luffy regains consciousness...
"Hey, Jimbe... join my crew!!!"

Next week:
The bonds between humans and fishmen begin to form..."
