Miroku. itt van az alap recept: -2 tojás fehérjét és sárgáját kettéválasztod -a fehérjét kristálycukorral habosra kevered (úgy hogy kemény legyen a hab) -a sárgáját vanilliacukorral és kristálycukorral elkevered -1 l tejet forralsz -amikor már forr beleteszed kis időre a felkevert tojásfehérjét -kiveszed -beleöntöd az elkevert sárgáját én így szoktam csinálni  tortilla szószt nem tudja vki hogy kell csinálni? |

Nagyon szívesen! Amúgy a smacket fel lehet túrbózni, csak kell egy-két dolog: -Újhagyma -Tojás -Fonnyadt gomba (ez sztem ritkaság, de valahol csak lehet kapni, feketésbarna és olyan mintha el lenne fonnyadva *meglepő*) -Répa -Bambuszrügy Tofu (szerintem a legjobb ha kínaiban veszel tofut és kiszeded a szószból) -Valami csirke-marhahús (kicsie szelve, nagyon kicsire) |
